I teach piano, voice, and composition lessons to aspiring students of all ages and skill levels. Having studied music intensively for over eighteen years, and bringing over eight years of teaching experience to the table, I am equally at home helping beginners as I am teaching advanced students.

I have been working as an educator in a variety of contexts for over eight years, and have loved every new position and set of challenges that have come my way. My experiences and backgrounds span from educational positions with elementary- through high-school organizations, membership in professional performing ensembles as performer and conductor, and one-on-one experience with students of all ages and skill levels.
I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in composition at the New England Conservatory of Music. With my grounding in multiple disciplines within music, I bring a wide variety of insights to every lesson, and work hard to connect my curriculum to my students interests and objectives.
Lessons always place technique and musicianship as the core focus to the musical growth of a student. This is underpinned by growth in the student's ability to read music, their sight reading skills, their knowledge of fundamental music theory, and their facility with stylistic elements of the piece that they are working on.
